LOL. Its the flavor of the mouthpiece. My firefly "tastes like metal" but we naturally consider that clean. Thats because theres a piece of plastic or metal in your mouth! :) I've used other vapes that put off an actual bad smell/flavor when heating only. That is scary stuff.

Is the taste there when there is no heat as well? To me the only non-herb taste is the taste of the plastic literally in my mouth. If it was in anyway tasting different than that when heated, I'd have returned my unit. I don't play around when it comes to safety.
