Some people have or do use screens. It's a bit fiddly but can be done. But I just use a coarser grind and it works for me. So, imo the screen isn't necessary.

You can use a Wikka box (or make one) and collect kief that way and use any grinder or your scissors still.

@Bleezy - nice one - I saw it on the website - a real 'looker'. Defo pics please when it arrives. So I got a bit bored at work last night and started a project which I just finished. I'm quite happy with the results. Maybe not the best looking but very stable and functional.
