The missile stem is an improvement over the stock stem IMO, yes. I carry it as my backup after the HS stems. Also, the PH does have material updates in the heater surround and sleeve. ETA: here is a UK option, spikey stems would be wide open and this one seems reasonable...

Re: draw restriction, it’s important to note that 99% of what people label as “draw restriction” from the TM2 is restriction created by the stem and/or stock cooling unit. The TM2 itself has amazingly open airflow, if you pair it with a more open stem it has the most open airflow of any vape...

The lag time is for production, seconds are only listed post-production. You may still have normal office/holiday/etc. delay but seconds generally ship quick.
