all about calories in vs calories out. You want to find out how many calories your body needs for the day (normally based off age, weight, build type etc.) then you wanna factor in your daily activity... http://www.muscleforlife.com/healthy-meal-planning-tips/ explains a general way to calculate...

I dont think I would really trust any review from someone I dont know is a FC member or not. When I first got into it I watched a bunch of review videos for stuff I was looking into and half if not more are done by people who have no idea what theyre talking about which is obvious

I would assume (s)he is more of their "marketer"? of sorts and was told to get the word out of their product to the various forums and just didn't think the needed info through as much as they should have. The look of is pretty decent (don't see why you'd be vaping while driving anyways... tsk...

Nah, Buzz went, enjoyed his time, checked out the GH and reported back to us... wasnt to keep us occupied but to inform us of his experiences he just recently had and still having with a prototype he just received... this is a similar story, from the same time, but coming out much later... not...
