Ultrasonic cleaners regardless of chemicals used inside or not are not recommended for porous materials. So if the crucibles are in fact porous or claim to be porous they should not go in the ultrasonic cleaner. Regardless if a chemical is being used or not.

I used electric coffee grinders for years. Need to be careful that you don’t over grind and dust your weed with that method. Also they collect mad amounts of kief and some will say totally strips the trichomes off the bud before smoking.
