As of a couple of weeks ago. Before that they were slipping ship dates, even delayed ones, with no communication or explanation. People like @Okla68, who were good enough to bug them and report back here, were often our only source of news. They announced the initial delay. People were...

    AirVape legacy

We weren't tough on their attempt. When Airvape first announced the delayed release, no one was surprised, and no one complained. Covid happens. Everyone knows that the virus has impacted many businesses, and customers have been understanding. What we objected to was the lack of communication...

    Firefly 1, 2, 2+

I get the best results with either breaking up buds a bit and stirring to break them down more over the course of the session, or a very coarse grind. Finest grind I've used is a medium from a BCG. Coarser is better with the FF.

I use a mix of Sony VTC5a’s and LG H2’s. You could probably also use the VT6. The Wismec takes 2 flat top 18650 cells, yes. You need to take care with these batteries, but it’s not as bad as it can sound. If you look around here I recall at least one thread on battery safety.

The Mighty/Mighty+ by Storz & Bickel

I use the Delta 3D WPA and would recommend that over the glass model. It’s softer and won’t damage the slots on the cooling unit. There are those who have an issue with the use of silicone, so if that includes you, you should go with the glass and just try to be careful with it.

They’re decent hits, probably in the 15 to 20 second range. At least they feel that long. :)

Ok, thanks. I thought I had read about people getting at least 6 per battery on this thread but maybe I’m ok. It’s not that big a deal swapping batteries out.

So I am concerned about the battery performance I am getting from my TM. Using a VT6 charged in a Nitecore new i4, I am getting roughly a bowl per buzz. I am only using on demand mode, level 7-7.5 and getting 4 or so draws per bowl. Vapor and AVB production are good. I have cleaned the battery...

Ah, thanks for the response. That’s what I was thinking you might have meant. I’m fine with the preheat. Thanks, I just saved a bunch of money, which I can spend on...weed!

Can you say a bit more about what "best performing" entails for you? Damn, I need to buy a Zv2 now?

Lamart? I have one of his too, like it a lot. The Stempod guy has a cooling hook but it’s 18mm male.

It’s called a heat sink. I saw them on Amazon, most of the vape stores will carry them as well.

I flattened the bottom a bit and it fit better; but I still cannot get anything out of the vape when the basket is in. Apollo acknowledges the problems with the basket? Do we need to contact them, or will it show up sometime in 2022?

If you're talking about the Z v1/2s that is indeed the case. The custom Z's are 19/22.

Most of them, unfortunately, as it's pretty much the standard. The Nub from Lamart, the various cooling stems for the Stempod, off the top of my head. 19/22 will fit the OG Splinters (well, mine, anyway, I guess,) the custom Zs, the Milaana 2. I mostly use Lamart Nubs on both my custom Zs.

I just remembered I have the box it came in and it has what I assume is a serial number written on it: So serial number, but not on the Splinter, but it does have the three triangles on the bottom.
