Just took delivery of a brand new Solo, and I think it may be a dud. As soon as I plug it in, it starts beeping and the bottom and top blue and yellow lights start blinking alternately. Can't turn off the damn beeping by holding the up button. Already contacted the distributor- does this sound...

Why would sending out 5 prototypes cause them to "halt the production line and retool at huge expense"? If they are prototypes, that doesn't mean they've started full production yet. If they sent them out and discovered problems, but they HAD started mass production, then I sure hope they WOULD...
