Agreed , this is now my daily machine , Ive already had multi unit sessions with friends where the Solo has kicked ass against an EQ and a HA . I love this unit . :D :/ A comment on reading and acquiring information in general . There are so many forums around that anyone can say anything they...

Agreed , one of the main reasons Im still into vaping is the aspect of honey collection . I personally like to run my oil out with heat rather than iso , makes for a tastier stronger treat . So that means I like my stem nice and soaked in honey oil . Visually not very appealing in a stealth...

but at least vent a hole the size of a quarter in the bottom , here's why look at how the solo is constructed , it is in two sections . The top part is the heater , the bottom is the electronics . Each section has it's own set of vents , and does not vent within the unit between the 2 sections...

 There ya go , you got it , dont forget to vent the bottom of the can or the solo itself will get mighty hot on temps over 5

    PLENTY Vaporizer

Thanks for the vid preview , say's enough for me , no Storz & Bickel products for me . The only thing appealing to me is the liquid pads , it a good idea as long as you dont need to run herb with it

Since the stem for the rubber cap broke , like we didnt know this is gonna happen  I sit my Solo upside down on the heater when charging and not in use BTW - that vapocane looks like a nice attachment. especially if your in the mood for a larger bowl . Ive already been through all my...

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

I agree , thats the only way I would run the Q . I used the fan the first 2 weeks playing with bags then it was just whip it with a stem attached to an elbow . Im not sure how rational this sounds but between the Solo and the Q , I can feel that the hits are fuller less airy with the solo . with...

Starting to think vaping is not the answer....?

You seem to have a good handle on things . I totally understand the lethargic feeling and thought the same of vaping when I started but as I got to playing with strains , I find I dont get lethargic with straight sativa's , but anything with more than half indica in the strain and then yes...

Starting to think vaping is not the answer....?

Sounds like you need to mix it up a bit Nosferatu , vaporization is a journey not a destination , keep a couple different strains on hand . add some keif once in a while , change it up a bit . As for sinus issues I can honestly say smoke causes way more havoc with my nose than vapor ever has ...

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

Hey vape4life , strange issue your having there . I know for me with this unit as with any , every strain vapes differently . Some you can start out at lower temps than others . Elbow pack is the way to go but one better is a 14mm connector with an elbow screen in it . Cut out that middle man ...

    PLENTY Vaporizer

Looks interesting but I really cant comment on speculation . I love to see the inards and how the bowl works , a video of the thing in action at least . Not much info out there except this kind of generic stuff http://www.vaporizerreviewsource.com/plenty-vaporizer-review/ Personally the SS...

I understand what your saying steven22 . the only option with the solo with multiple mini sessions/hits , would be to remove the stem when you are not hitting to save your herb , but to try to compare the LB to the Solo as equals is not fair . They are 2 totally different animals . Your not...

I used an original block from a crapped out PS2 slim I had already , screw gambling on ebay , never know what your gonna get . If you dont have one kicking around go to a retailer where they sell used video games and systems (that was my next option if I couldn't find my old one) . Im not...

Just an update - I ran the Solo on the PS2 slim brick for most of the day experimenting , at least 20 cycles if not more . Zero heat issues whatsoever with the brick , didnt even get warm  Im not sure how others with heat issues wired the new connectors on but I do know it is some fine...

I started following the thread around page 80 , it took me a couple of days to read it from the beginning to page 80 , we are up to page 132 now and thats a lot of reading , and lets face it there is a bunch of crap as well as good information in this thread , you can easily get frustrated after...

Efficiency is the word , I think the Solo cooks just a bit better than the Extreme . I notice the duff coming out of the Solo is slightly darker then what comes out of the Q . I will try to iso a bit of it once i have some surplus but I highly doubt that experiment will yield anything useable ...

Success ! PS2 Slim adapter works like a charm , just had to change the end . I haven't noticed any heat issues with the brick yet but I will keep a close watch on it . Seeing as this is a power supply I dont think I would leave it plugged into the solo unless it was in use . Let be real here...

^^^^thanks^^^^ Now thats gonna be a task to find an alternative with those values , damn , got me by the nads , I hate that feeling . Got us good for another $50 ok one more power question then . Are the batteries part of the circuit when using the above mentioned adapter ? Could you...
