Don’t soak the stem caps. A light pack will keep the herb in the stem, but herb coming into contact with the inside of the bowl is not a big deal. Combustion won’t happen

The buttons are pretty badly constructed IMO, if they are put in a weird spot when reassembling after a battery swap, it can lead to the buttons acting pretty much useless. I think a battery swap and a quick repositioning of the buttons will solve your issues, or at least I’m hoping so. We’re...
