Just got mine and its really sturdy, feels solid. I get great smooth hits from it and it hasnt got my lips wet at all. Easy to fill and refill and no leaks, minor flaws in glass but no biggie to me.

Yes the deformation is directly behind the top LED..hard to get a pic but its lined up.
