I think if you did this with a new battery, your load would burn. I can do the same without the ring and with the PA on low.

Are you getting that type of performance on the brand new glyph batteries? Age and use affects how the batteries operate for users. Some of mine are older so I can hold them on longer than the newer ones.

All these issues are why I'm wary of vaporizers made in China. I hope they figure these issues out, and I hope some of you are smart enough to avoid using these if they are off-gassing. Vaporizing is supposed to be a healthy alternative.

So I finally received my FlashVape with the S2. However, my glass straws came without the rubber stop :-\ Edit: Tried to use it anyway and immediately combusted the shit out of everything even in S2 mode. This really fucking sucks for me. Back to the trusty MFLB to me.
