the vv adapter is extra. no stems are included. i recommend getting the all glass gong stem, if you were to get only one stem, and get some nipples and tubing. that should get you rolling.

i actually like where they placed the button, its totally out of the way so no chance of an accidentally temp change and i'm already getting use to opening up the top and pressing the button now. if i were to nit-pick i would of preferred a 4th or 5th temp setting instead of just 3.

i don't want to make a bid deal of it just yet. but right now after having the unit on and warm the button seems better, it could just be really stiff at a cold start.

yeah mine is really really stiff but does still work. thats my only real complaint too.
