Just got quoted 3 to 6 weeks for my stainless steel that was sent in early April...:\ They also offered to ship me a different color "in 2-4 days" if I wanted instead of the Electric Blue I ordered during the last sale...with no indication of how long the EB would take to ship.

I'm guessing they said to themselves something along the lines of "These dummies have stuck with us this long...they're not going to leave because we stop responding to support messages. Might as well stop wasting our time." (Not trying to insult anyone here, I'm one of the "dummies" in question.)

I've never heard of someone's Milaana randomly not working anymore (as long as it was working at the start.) The grasshopper is an incredible vape (and definitely my favorite) but there are absolutely vaporizers that don't just randomly stop working for no reason on the market.

You don't ever get an estimated ship date (other than what it said when you checked out) unless you ask, and then whatever they tell you probably won't be accurate.

Don't put a ton and wrap the cotton around it. In a vape like the mighty I would put a thick layer of cotton at the bottom of the bowl, small amount of hash on top in the middle, then another less thick layer of cotton on top of it.

Sure they can, but I haven't heard of one case of that yet. I have however heard of them fixing/replacing hoppers due to 100% admitted user error/fault (water damage etc) at no extra cost.

Most companies don't even offer warranties if you aren't the original purchaser. The fact that hopper labs allows you to buy a used hopper from someone who did who knows what to it and add warranty to it is actually pretty cool of them. Try doing that with Apple or Samsung...or pretty much any...
