If you're just trying it out, I suggest starting low on the dial and working up. My unit runs HOT. First bowl was at 12:00, and the ABV was near black. Running it a little bit below 9:00 right now and its much smoother... loving this!

Has anyone tried to run the SV DART/REV on the Alpha Ultra with two 14250 batteries, as in the manual for e-cig use at 6 volts? I wonder if this is worth it.

The evo will screw on it; it goes with any 510 thread so long as the battery can power it. Works fine on the T1/REV base, or the Alpha Ultra. I find the DART much easier for loading, but there is open edge around the ceramic. I think that is why it leaks if you load too much. Just do small BB...

I get a lot more legs off each bowl by detaching the top slightly before I've ended my hit. The extra bit of fresh air you draw in at the end cools it down immediately so you don't have any more radiated vapor. It is a very good vaporizer... still waiting on the Cloud to compare though.
