Hey @Vaked420 In all honesty, that depends. There are crazy busy days where work or life dictates only time for one 0.005g session. Then on the other end of that are the days when I can get 3 of those sessions in. Average, 1-2 x 0.005g sessions on weekdays. Nightly dose 0.035g on weekdays...
