The EQ heat up time is amazing! When you pre-heat turn your fan on any speed while it pre heats. I go from off to to ready to vape in 2-3 mins. I thought it sounded like BS but after trying it I'll say it works well. Maybe check out the ZenPen it's not even for sell yet but end of next month

I'm glad you enjoy your new tool the main reason to buy from a authorized dealer is warranty. When you buy from ebay the warranty is voided most of the time. Rumor has it Arizer will sometimes honor it anyways. Good luck keep it fully charged and the battery will last much longer!

Yes use both elbows. The EQ comes with a short and a long whip. Your going to need to cut the elbows off and add to the whip of your choice. Make sure you buy your whip from a reputable source. I just got one off of ebay and can't help but wonder if it's bad for my health.
