Really surprised with there response. I would call again ask to be bumped up the chain to someone that takes the issue seriously. If there's a issue with gaskets they should replace them. It doesn't look like wear and tear looks more like the glue or whatever holds it on failed.

Not sure on question? I bought my crafty in Oct 2104. As much as I liked my crafty this last one was my 7th exchange. Figured since warranty was up in a couple months I would upgrade to a Mighty. Have some reading to do on mighty, but it seems most people feel its a better unit than the crafty.

The rubber part should be catching the inner screw in washer nut thing. Might need a good iso soaking to loosen it up.

Just take unit apart and then unscrew the screens from underside of bowl using tool. Gasket side up.

Got my grasshopper yesterday. Currently reading this huge thread. So far only thing can add is concerning heat. If you happen to have a ascent vaporizer the inner glass stem fits right into the silicone mouthpiece. Can the either cut off the other end or use it the way it is.

Getting around 3 bowls..maybe a better way would be to compare the amount of hits not bowls? I get btw 40-60 hits per charge.

New suggestion. If still not getting clouds slow your draw down to where Firefly 2 is not making any noise. It feel like your barely inhaling and a hit should take 15-20 seconds to complete. it's a good starting ground for cloud chasers.
