Just took 2 droppers of CBN to try it again. It seems to irritate My throat a little and the cbd doesn't do that. The CBN tastes gross to me. I can live with both if I notice an increase in sleep quality tonight.

So far I've been having good luck simply torching my quartz one.

So why does the VXN have terrible smelling residue from the same oil that dabs clean on my regular quartz nail? It does smell quite foul when cleaning the VXN.
