Fluxer Heaters, induction heaters for Dynavap

A small converter would solve car charging the Flite but noted. Unfortunely the BMS circuits requires limiting the maximum input voltage. There is nothing to making a USB-C to 12.6V adapter.

VapCap Induction Heater for Desktop and in Car Use

@Pipes - there is a standard 3S BMS in the picture of the pack. They mount upside down and have a flat backside. I don't think the cells are up to the task. It should be the standard 10A or even 5A 3S 18650 BMS. However, these could be made easily with a few tools and quality cells. All...

Take some steel wool to the flat of the cap @Zoltani .

    Dynavap VapCap

That's what I was looking for. @vandalizedbythelotus - I get you don't have a 20-M tip to look at so this likely moot. The '20 improvement in utilizing an 'infinitely adjustable CCD" meant the full bore of usable setback is 5/16" or 8mm, whatever their spec is. This is the range where the CCD...

That is not a groove in the 20-M; The first 'band' is the start of the continuous adjustment.

New here and need a little guidance for my 1st flower vape

@Flowerchild17 - I medicate with a DynaVap Tip and Cap. I make my own stems. I use DV because my kit is manageable. I can rip loads and go about my day. There is convenience in drawing the vape from the heater if the session allows for it. Fluxer Flite optional of course - ...or is it?

Did they make it continually adjustable like the 20-M?

Fluxer Heaters, induction heaters for Dynavap

@DHV8654 - it will still be hot to the click, just slower. For those who like the hot ingress setting, it is the second heating after the first cooldown click that you need to be aware. I tune mine to make sure it doesn't combust on that second heating in the session. It takes -very- little...

Fluxer Heaters, induction heaters for Dynavap

I like the pouch a lot. it gives Flite character. It also provides easy access, protection from "OH FUCK!" scratches, and a modicum of drop protection. Would the case still work with Flite dressed in the pouch? I'll put it in the pouch when travelling - which is never. I cannot see a...

I have no idea what the tip weight variation is.

    Dynavap VapCap

I suspect one of two things @Smokey McVape and @notams - one, there was an early 2020 M release where I did measure the cap to be thinner. I don't remember the exact spec but the thickness was 10-12% thinner than older caps. If the OD is managed in the deep draw tooling, the ID would be a...

Dont know how to make things.

    So what's the problem?

Dont know how to make things.

And it's not about making one vape, it is about making a thousand vapes everyone wants. That is an achievement. Anyone can heat herb. 3 days and each CC will be about a dab. Small teardrop. Fine ground and fill level with EC190. You will note a shot. I'm not one to deal with ABV to the...

Fluxer Heaters, induction heaters for Dynavap

All things being equal, lightweight stems inclusive, I get a 50-50 hit on hands free. This cap is also dented and no specific maintenance. I've seen the tactile element of the relay shift the cap in hands free operation as well. That might be what Jeff is seeing. As to vape sipping @n0tu2 -...

CaS and the remote switch are wired in parallel. Either switch in use will take priority and firing continues. The functional circuit doesn't change at all by having both switches engaged. It is a closed circuit as long as either or both are engaged.

Fluxer Heaters, induction heaters for Dynavap

I should chime in here since I did some work on the heating profile of the Fluxer Flite @n0tu2 . I see nothing wrong with your intuitions. The very beauty of varied users among us. I've already stated my switch preferences and why. Choices drive me nuts. One of each please good Sir! In...

VapCap Induction Heater for Desktop and in Car Use

@Pipes - I might be guessing but I suspect the cells themselves are not providing the current. Not sure why but that implementation scares me

VapCap Induction Heater for Desktop and in Car Use

I consider 1 watt-hour a session - a loaded bowl - ~5 clicks. 800mAh has roughly 9 watt-hours available; maybe 8 reasonably. This is based on other studies but I know it translates. With 'thrift' one could double that capacity.

VapCap Induction Heater for Desktop and in Car Use

Yes, a 3S pack will work well on the Caldron. 2S might be a little weak. Typical configuration would be like the PSM harness; 10A 3S BMS and a MOSFET switch if you want to charge the cells in the pack.
