when you got the usps slip from thermovape does it say thermovape as the sender and reciever? also does the rma identify who the receiver is?

it just seems like stuff growing, its just dirty semi dried resin. i change my water twice a week with 6-7 drops of the rezblock pinkish drops and iso shake it once a week and looks new again.
