I would say it depends on your tolerance. The MFLB and Iolite were both on the weaker side for me. If you're lightweight you might consider them until they don't work well enough for you. Thanks for the correction! The carts don't use a ceramic heating element, it's more like a little bowl. The element itself is wire. My mistake about the Herc as well. I've only seen the 3.7.
