Thing is that D-L's situation is different as each state has different regulations. Our dispensary will sell you eight ounces if you want to buy eight ounces. They were just trying to offer a different perspective, one of a business owner out to make money selling in smaller quantities.

Our most expensive grams of medical is $17, but I am curious what will happen to those prices in a few months. I will maintain my medical card to avoid the extensive taxes (15% state + x% local).

I think as with all recreational they are working out the licensing details. I doubt any state has that in the bag yet; however, you can always gift weed in your state. For example, I can go and buy a half pound right from my dispensary and run around giving it away to anyone 21 years or...
