Yeah I seen them in Europe as well. It's just €40 + extra customs fees for something that based on my experience will last a couple of months and need purchased again. They cost in excess of £50 to get shipped last time from US. Fairly ads to the cost of the device over time.

I honestly don't know mate. It was when it first came out so a while ago now. I just wasn't blown away with it and ended up selling it and going back to my dynavap and tubo dual. I kept resisting the 2 but the more and more I seem I figured it was worth another punt.
