The first thing I suggest is making sure the screw on the bottom is tight, 99% of the time that fixes it. If not then you may need to open it up.

I just received mine too, you need to stick the transport label on the package, and then the other 2 you give to the courier. I am not packing the battery. *edit I just had an email from them, do not pack the battery!!

I dab concentrates and vape flower every day, I think that vaping through the TM is almost like dabbing to be honest, I get the sweats and everything!!

It could be the herb, I vaped some stuff that had been sitting around a while and the difference in vapour to that and fresh bud was very obvious, lack of flavour too.

I got some P28 and I swear they punch harder but it might just be my imagination!! They definitely are lasting longer than the P26 though.
