There are a few things further you can check : first try a different fully charged battery, next try rotating the temp knob while off from 0-10 a couple of times, last - maybe it’s time to clean the cooling unit?

That sounds like you are not getting full power and usually the problem is the metal band not making good contact with the metal top. I would check that before messing with the battery spring. Good luck.

This has been my go to mouthpiece (from a VPXL Cloud) at home the last couple of days. Vapor is cool even on preset 3 @ 420* and you can see the vapor density increase or decrease to modulate your inhale. I have also found that the terp taste lasts a few more hits than the stock cooling MP.

Loss of power is generally a symptom of bad contact with the metal band to the top metal piece. You may want to check that. It’s actually a very easy fix.

For every button press to initiate heating, you will get first vibration indicating preset temp, then a few seconds later a single vibration indicating time to draw. After releasing the button, keep drawing until you get a third vibration indicating the device has cooled.

Just to clarify, you are waiting for the second vibration upon clicking the button before drawing?

I have had this exact issue before. What resolved the problem for me was taking the device apart and slightly bending the metal band that is supposed to make contact with the top metal piece. I bent it slightly so when put back together the metal band will make good contact with the top piece...
