Marc, what's the likelihood that once these issues are fixed that the problem recurs, requiring it be sent back to you once again? I mean, there are defective parts and then there are design flaws, the latter certainly being much more challenging and certainly time consuming to fix! TIA!

There have been a number of reports wherein the user has made similar comments on temperature setting. In fact, in the video above at around 8:50, Troy says he boosts the heater to 440 degrees Fahrenheit, (and I paraphrase here) not because it's necessary but because he likes to. As I recall...

The FW6 is only the first 35 minutes, approx. Of course if you don't watch the video in its entirety then you will miss the part where he talks about you! .

Kinda difficult to envision absent a FW6 unit in hand. Know anything about the Firmware fix, i.e., how is it executed? .

Is that also true of some units that haven't been shipped yet? And how is the firmware fix executed? Does it require sending the unit back to you? Is this issue something that can recur even after correcting it, or might the problem become worse given we're talking here about a rubber oring? .

Do you remember the Flowermate Swift Pro? This may be a similar situation in that with the Swift Pro we had to set the temp at around 405 degrees Fahrenheit and pull really hard for about 8-10 seconds. It was pretty much pure convection as I recall and therefore required some considerable...
