Did you add salt to iso and shake it after a soak? I clean everything from any vape/bong, etc. this way, in a little sandwich bag and it clears 90-100% depending how long you want to shake.

You have a much higher chance of getting a Toad. As of now it's hard to tell with a Nomad if Dan will even continue making them after batch 3. Batch 2 has been in the making for over 2 years now if I'm not mistaken.
