It does not have to be so dry. I just get the best results with well cured bud. But the self stirring action works best if it is not over packed and is well broken up.

My MobilEnail needed service. There was a loose connection in the heater cord which caused it to eventually struggle to reach temperature. It is back up and good as new. They sent a new coil and repaired the unit.

It is great for small doses. In fact less is more. You want to leave enough room for the air to get spinning. It also helps if the herb is nice and dry, and well broken up.

The Errlectric Herb nail uses a Ti heater with rifled air channels to spin the incoming hot air. The "bowl" is boro. There is also a screen. This is one of the most efficient flower vapes out IMO. It is self stirring. My Fully spent ABV is still fairly green. Although you can take it darker.

@kronus try this for Customer service: 847-380-3009 My experience with the MobilENail is that it will run for many hours longer plugged in. But at some point the charger light will blink and need to cool off as it is not made to perform as a true "pass thru". I hope this helps.

I get a solid 2 hours of "on" time using my FQN set at 650. That is leaving it on until the battery runs out. You can turn off the heater between dabs to greatly increase battery life.
