The longer tube in the SS kit is intended only for 1x18650 battery. However, like yourself, I use the longer tube for 2x18350s...the battery spring may not like it too much, as it is more compressed.

I have both. The omicron cannot supply enough power for the SR-74, thus a Persei/8 is necessary. ...or the omicron will work, but only with the core power supply. IMO, the Hercules cart is an excellent alternative to the TV EO carts.

It's a bit expensive (less than luna) but I've been keen to get my hands on W9's new 8 vaporizer. Like the Luna, it is an all mechanical mod, and completely user rebuild-able. I am hoping that W9 can allow us to fire the EO carts more consistently on the 8 than I've experienced using my Luna...
