It's not yellow because it's 2 different LEDs iluminating the glass from different angles and the glass is not diffusing it. So you can see both red and green mixed together, but not blend into yellow. Only when I look from distance at the joint it can look a bit orange (as the red is brighter).

You can't find overheat temp anywhere on the dial, so if the LED was green on overheat it would be a LED output failure added to the heater failure. What I mean it should show red on overheat even when the LED outputs were working correctly but the heater was shorted or told by the PCB to heat...
