Ok just gone done chatting and UPS will now be their shipping way for all US orders. If yours was sent DHL and gets caught in customs the packages will be resent via UPS once item is in their hands!

Can you please provide order number I’m sending him any return examples, he basically said if it was that the sticker was not put on that it was unacceptable to him.

Ok latest he believes they left warm hands pro sticker off, he says NO issues when it’s warm hands pro but said DHL may get picky, if so theyWill go with UPS (I assume reason they don’t now is price). Also he confirmed all units going out will have new board as they ran out of the other boards...

Whatever robustness means to you, unfortunately until one of us gets it and has both and can compare and contrast for us (please) we have to wait! Sorry i don’t have more detailed answer for you.

I missed hm by a few minutes(ugh) on email, but got reply re: upgrading boards of older units; here is his response: “I was thinking about it after some questions, but the trouble is that the express shipments to Finland and back are expensive, and the new boards are rather expensive too, so...

FYI mine in US was sent dhl, I think if it gets stopped ;it then gets sent via ups for the rest of journey is what others have said on thread.

Well yes they are shipping new German boards, what they bring to the table will be told to us by the lucky first person to get their hands on it!

A i just got done chatting with him; he wanted us to know shipping won’t be till Monday as they are finishing testing and packaging. He said tests were successful! Also will come with serial numbers now. How exciting!
