I need screens for mine too, battered the hell out of it since November, but managed to treat the original 5 screens so carefully that I'm still on my last. It's still holding up, just another few days to go till the new ones arrive haha

Nah leave them on, saves a bit of hassle It's a more common product. Haven't found any difference between them myself. As long as they're both properly rinsed, it makes no difference. Local shops to me also only sell acetone in small bottles at the bit with nail polish etc... Iso is usually...

I remember this when I got it initially, overheating it and panicking to get the head off to stop combustion. Then learned just to chill for a few seconds. So many clever little things about this.

For anyone UK based, I get batteries from fogstar UK. They're pretty good. They do fogstar Fridays where they offer 20% off discount codes. Certainty had no issues with them myself.

Oh I dunno, felt to me like was hyped and excited about it, VI, taste, design, big vapor production etc. He did say in a reply to me that it had a lot of potential, and that he wanted to give it the respect it deserves.

I'm more than happy with the wand. Less so with the battery life. I have 4 pairs of molicel p28's and they do the job. But for the tempest I find it works as well as a torch, that I've found anyway. Material can go as dark as I'd like to push it and the results are consistent. This can be done...

First look from Lee at table top bong, I think he likes it.

Won't lie, I'd really enjoy that, cleaning them all before going out  I used to clean/maintain surgical tools and equipment, last person to touch them before the surgeon opens the kit for an operation. There's an odd satisfaction I get from stuff like that haha

I think I'll need to go in search of one. I see they're out, shame. I'll definitely keep tabs on their site now, thanks.

I've been trying to find a suitable carry solution. I use a leather pen sleeve I got from Amazon, but I can smell it in my backpack now and then. Definitely need a tube that is sealed and capable of taking a really hot device, but so far I haven't had much joy finding what I want, there are...

Think they're probably available incase they're lost while cleaning or something like that. Rather than them getting damaged. I ordered lots of spares, but not those. Even if they do end up damaged or lost, it can still be used. Whereas that may not be the case with the other parts. Amazing...

Some of the stuff was showing out of stock for me, but when I went into the menu, then accessories, then tempest, they're all there. UK site that is.

Go to the drop down menu, select tempest, once the page has loaded, you'll see the full metal kit, scroll down and the wood tempest is there, select it and the page will load. I'd suggest extra bowl screens, extra ball screen or two, extra o-rings, spare pack of zirc balls. That's a solid...

Yeah. The wooden stems are neat. Good to change things up now and then. Sounds good man, always like to see folk getting stuck in. If you have access to a drill and a vice, you basically have a really basic lathe, sort of 😆 I'm about to do the same. I've just been given a vacuum chamber, it...

I always thought the tempest sleeves were much wider. They look it anyway. Just measured mine at the wide end, old revolve sleeve came in at 13.5mm, new tempest sleeve was 14mm. Not much in it in terms of size. No difference in use.

I think I have the up to date indicator, the first click happens when the VI is atbthebmiddle mark, the second comes at the third mark on the VI. I'll try and do a video later. No worries. Works way better than I thought it would. Still comes in handy when the tempest is being cleaned. Are you...

You could get a radiator sleeve and heat shield and put the gen 2 cooling unit inside that. As @cybrguy said it does get hot. I've tried it a few times for whatever reason, probably because my revolves don't get used much these days and I like them, but they do get really hot, the new sleeve and...

I can confirm that the armoured cap works really well in a wand, I have the tempest adapter in the wand and use the armoured cap in the exact same position - there is a specific position for the adapter to get the tempest at the right height. I run an old 5 fin titanium tip, I have a titanium...

You only need to turn it slowly so not sure where the benefit is. Pretty sure it's also ok to just heat one spot and forget about turning altogether. It also retains plenty of heat as it stands, so again it sure what benefit there is to adding copper. It works well enough for me to not bother...
