I guess I didn't ask my question properly. What I am wondering is how long can I wait to register my newest mv1, and can I effectively prolong the start of it's 5 year extended warranty by doing so? AND is there any risk of waiting too long and losing out on the extended warranty?

I was wondering about this... Specifically about the warranty and when it begins. That would make my decision much easier. Anybody know if warranty starts upon the completion of the order or upon the registration of the serial number? If the latter, how long can I wait to register it...

I store some buds with 62% boveda packs and and some with 58%'s. The 62's need to breath for 5-10 min after grind every time. The 58's are more forgiving. However, adjusting to an ultra loose crucible and higher temps can vape a moist batch if u don't have 5 min.

I concur. I have 4 batts now, but never had an issue with only 2 in the beginning. Hardly ever use fast charger, only while rustic camping.

As a happy customer, I personally do not feel disrespected. In fact, I purchased another MV1 to keep in the box bc I know how quality of a device this is.

I'm also baffled by this. None of the 3 units I've had smelled like anything after initial burnoff and 1st crucible.

That's my personal top-tip as well, the air has to be able to move through-out all the little pieces in the crucible. My #2 is I like to step-session. If I want to finish at, say, 412f, I like to do at least 1 draw at a lesser temp. This allows me to savor those early boiling terps, and also...
