i don't have a tubo yet...but this sounds like my gripe with the milaana glass stems the worst is when my lip is dry and i pull out the stem after a hit...ive broken multiple stems from them slipping out at the wrong moment. i got a wood stem from @Alan ...it changed my life...it NEVER slips...
