The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

Yeah I agree, 2 is the minimum number 😜one with Boro (2mm) one with Zrc (3mm) is where I’m heading 🤫 I as a rule have to have a second one just incase I break it, but in this case, like you said, it would be, for me, a WPA (hopefully the Madheaters one when it’s released) with 2mm Boro and then...

    Anvil by Vestratto

Butane Torches: What torches are you using for the Anvil? I apparently the ones I have are either... too small... or too big. I heat the device until the first click, I remove the heat, I wait a few seconds and "click" - the second one goes off... sometimes, the next thing I notice is the...

    Dynavap VapCap

I love the concept of a manual device... and I love the ritual with a torch... when I first found a Dinovap I was so excited. I really loved the ritual and I would use it in between going and using something else, it was to sip on while I watched a show, but as soon as I wanted to get a real...

    Dynavap VapCap

I have a collection of Dinovaps that hasn't got used in a while... the last tips I bought I just... one of them is unused (a 9-fin) and the M+ was packed into a tube and put away only a few days after it arrived. Is this M7 truly innovative? or is it just a natural progression of slow, tiny...

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

I am torn. I have swapped back to the 2mm boro balls instead of 3mm. I find the smaller oven of the Tempest works better with the smaller sized boro balls, the heat just doesn't soak/stick as well with the 3mm balls and the heat transfer to the air is noticeably lower with the 3mm boro...

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

There’s a bunch of posts regarding how hot the stem can get to when using it and as someone who routinely does back to back bowls, the heat is multiplied, so I wanted to spend the some time to try the different sleeves that are available for the Tempest and how they handle the heat. I got a...

    The Screwball by Vapvana

I'm so keen on the wireless version and the microdosing bowl. I really want something that has a little less diameter (which if I remember correctly its a 15mm instead of the current 20mm) and a little more conduction for the smaller sized doses; which from the cad drawings it looks like there...

    The J-hook thread!

    Anvil by Vestratto

    Anvil by Vestratto

I have noticed, the lag when heating the battery is quite long on the new ovens The Tempest wand adapter fits the Anvil as well perfectly, I have used it a few times and works well

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

I have been watching the Chao development with interest and the Adapters for both the TA and the Tempest make it a attractive option for a wireless kit. I have been playing around with the TA as well lately which has been fun. Massive 300x3mm boro ball wireless heater (25mm) meets the Tempest...

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

your high :) but not wrong, IMO its not a pure convection hit, but its convection dominant because of the semi isolated bowl which keeps the stimulative effects as the dominate ones while being able to deliver a more conduction roast with the right heating technique and a little more effort.

AU? Australia? I actually don't know any stores that are stocking it yet... i should actually ask, I will talk to the ones I know and report back - but my parts came after 1st march - as well as the TA so I am not worried about the TGA rules as long as the sender puts the right bs on the package...

    The Screwball by Vapvana

I like the idea of "Coach", its a cool concept and I can see how you could use the mascot in the user manuals and videos of how to use the Screwball (family) Congratulations to the winnnners I think the things I am looking forward to the most are the the micro-dosing bowl, I'm really - really...

This was a very early presale version before the decapper was removed and added to the leather case because of thermal mass changes / heating inconsistencies caused by the decapper on the Tempests cap
