Thanks! I noticed blemished units were available for $35, so I just went ahead and ordered a long one. The long Terpcicle 14/14 connector can be used on the short too.

I was considering getting one of the 14mm spiral coolers which I could use as the spinning base and then keep it on for added cooling.

I’ll have to keep playing with it. I made the mistake of getting the short version without considering I needed something 14mm female that’s easily spinnable like a cooling stem to really do it right so it’s entirely possible I haven’t had a chance to use it fully as intended, I feel awkward...

I’m finding I have to heat the Terpcicle a lot more than the Quartz Cap to get similar results. Still haven’t found the right heat up time to get everything extracted in one heat cycle.

I feel like you’d need a spring loaded bowl mechanism like the Hippie Pipe. I guess using a leather strip to remove the lid wouldn’t leech too much heat though. Still, even with balls there’s only so much heat a device this size can retain after being drawn on several times.

Flip with restrictor in, nub pointing up, triple flame torch. I think this is even better than the Runt! The Runt is a great self contained unit but running the Flip on glass I chose myself feels even better, and the Flip is so responsive and powerful it’s like going from 0-60 in 5 seconds.

It's all good, they're a fun and cool device and the stem works for both Dynavap and Dani vapes, so win/win there.

Not sure either, in my experience all glass usually has the best flavor so this has been surprising. I did back to back sessions with the PT Glass and an M, same strain, and got more flavor on the M. Granted, the M wasn’t giving me a LOT of flavor, but it was more than none.

I did get a PT Glass Dyna with glass tip and stem. Oddly I’m getting very little flavor from it, it has no taste. Really odd. It’s a cool variation as a device though.

Without breaking the bank, try ordering just the Ti tip. You can use it with your existing cap. The SS tip is the most restricted and with very little adjustment potential. Without buying anything new, try stopping right at or just after the click and not pushing to RTL.

Yes, I’ve also been doing a tight tamp down in the bowl, more aggressive than any other vape I use. I agree that the heat comes through very evenly leading to fully baked bowls and massive hits.
