+1 for the Flower Mill. I just scored a complete Premium kit from another FC member, and this is the best ever! Truly astounding how easy it is to use and what a great job it does! I’m finding the Medium plate to produce almost too fine a grind for the Airvape Legacy Pro.

Just got a Premium FM kit In the Classifieds! Can anyone explain or link a video on how to change the plates? The medium plate is so tight i can’t see how to remove/replace it.

Questions about the Mini: What size mill plate is in the FM Mini and Do they plan on making a SS Mini and/or other size plates For it? Any Aluminum dust issues with this one?

So it turns out the lid of the capsule makes a perfect screen over the bare bowl. Seems just the right size and you can pack a little more or little looser than the capsules. This way doesn’t restrict the bowl volume as much. It does stick to the post in the lid, though, when you open it.

Grams is a measure of weight. I think we need to consider that the caps displace significant volume, no? But without the gold disc, that wouldn’t be a concern. More room in the bowl. They should make a wider diameter rimmed gold screen or even a disc that matches the top of the bowl. It could...

Well, I just tried my capsules. 2 finaly opened after 5-10minutes of struggling and dropping about 20 times. Then they wouldn’t close. 4 wouldn’t open at all. This is not acceptable.

Is the spinning feature the method for easy grinding or just something fun to play with?

Well, of course, the capsules create more vapor. They would increase the conduction heat by another layer. Plus, using it in session mode is also largely conduction, compared to the amount of convection in on demand mode. I haven’t actually tried mine yet. After struggling to get one cap open...
