Hey all, is it normal that the unit produces smoke when heating a second or two past the click? I tried to make it click without any herb in the chamber and it still produces light smoke coming out of the hole?

I have never used a bent spiky stem, thats why i went with the xl8r. The bent spiky stem is always out of stock and is very hard to find.

Just received my fluxer today, Very nice looking and compact unit. As I’m starting to play with it I am noticing that it’s very hard to get visible vapor in the first and second hit, I am also noticing that holding three to four seconds after the click gives me a big clouds and dark brown Abv.

After every chamber my abv still looks like this (light brown/green) I know its full convection and wont get quite as dark as conduction. Is this normal? I start at 395 and go up until 435 (4-5 bags) Did i fully extract everything from my material? I dont use the abv so i think there is a lot...
