Actually, on this question of stem cooling etc. I've seen photos of some TA (betas) on a stem, but appear to have some sort of round radiator fins between the bowl and the stem, like a set of washers welded on a short tube and spaced apart by a mm or two - but engineered from a solid block. I...

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

I thnk this is more just a side effect of how good the Revolve is at cooling. All that heat has to go somewhere, and the Revolve's metal is the only place, so it gets hot, and the better it cools the vapour the hotter it gets. A wooden sleeve insulates it so you can hold it, but also reduces the...

Sorry, regards the DTL/MTL set up I'm no more experienced than yourself - never tried a beta. [edit] Actually, thinking on it, the adjustables will give the most range of options for adjusting for the different methods, and different stems/wpa's/whatever. And they can cover a range of airflow...

Personally, I'd think that if the small extra cost isn't an issue, then having the airflow adjusta can only be an advantage at best, and no disadvantage at worse. Also, it has a slightly higher flow rate than the TA1, with the vents full open, so a small additional factor in choosing.

I must have read your mind from the future when I ordered then, since that's on the list! Great minds think alike? (well, I like to see it that way! 😉) Aw, ok, I admit it, I got it as I'm intending to try the revolve as a stem. Or did you mean something else? Just occurred to me!

That's a neat idea! Very compact but works for 14 and 18! The only thing I'd wonder is how easy it is to firmly seat it in the socket (and remove?) when you've got such a hot device attached, but I guess they'd not sell 'em if that was an issue! I'd guess for the TA the question would be heat...

    The Screwball by Vapvana

Ah! now the idea of making the majority of it drop out the air at a certain place (i.e. a reclaim trap of some sort) makes a lot of sense! Especially on the basic understanding of the condensation idea in general, and not thinking some sort of magic can happen (like preventing any reclaim etc)...

    Dani Fusion by Battery-free Ganz

On mine the walls are pretty thin, too much to allow for inner and outer diameter (with a hand held ruler).

If it helps, just measured my Fusion2 bowl width, and it's as close to 10mm as I can tell with bare eyes (so within 0.3mm or so?). That's just with a normal ruler, not proper measurement!

I think the doping in the crystal structure is bonded right in there, as integral part of the structure as the AlO or ZnO (or whatever) which it sits in. Since it's the doping that also gives the colour, I'd guess you'd have to get them hot enough to break down the crystal lattice bonds. If you...

See if they have an email contact address, and explain what the problem is, they may not be aware, and/or they may have an alternative to suggest? (way of payment, alternative vender, w.h.y.)

Yeah, it has a threaded top where the airflow adjuster is, that allows removal/adding balls without having to touch the screen. But these are still undergoing manufacture, so not available immediately. Each heater comes with a variable sized bowl, a silicon decapper, a dowel to seat the...

Cool, happy to point a direction out, I actually discovered all this because I used the wrong address the first time round on Sunday, then re-reading his post, realised I'd done my usual idiotic mistake of the day, and re-emailed him on the correct (but not working) address! So despite my...

    The Screwball by Vapvana

Truly hard to say to be honest. I go by my knowledge of practical chemistry and physics etc. and how things behave, rather than an immense store of cannabis specific knowledge. The shape, thickness and temp of the glass will effect it, the water will effect it, the temps you run the vape will...

    Ethanol tincture potency?

That's not bad actually! Biggest thing I immediately spotted though was no trap between the container full of solvent/oil solution (at front of image I think), and it seemed rather full. It looks like it could boil over and get pulled through the tubing, or if it was knocked over, similar...

    The Screwball by Vapvana

To at least some degree, if not more, that light coloured reclaim is simply the vapour condensing on the coolest parts of the glass. Trying to 'trap' it out is more likely to simply reduce how much vapour reaches your lungs. That said, I suspect it's more of the higher boiling point terpenoids...

WARNING PEEPS!!!! The email address "ThermalAccumulatorSales@mail.com" is no longer working! I too used it on Sunday evening (uk time), and got no response next day, but did get a prompt reply from his normal email address, mentioning the sales one is buggered for now! Email him on...

Go visit RecVapeS in UK: https://recommendedvapesupplies.co.uk/ Talk to Matt there, who's very helpful and friendly. I got mine from him, took a whole 24 hours to receive it (in UK). Boy, was I put out! 🤣🤣🤣 Nah, they are great, check them out. That looks like the one I got with my CH B2. I...

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

Interesting method, though I'll stick to the 'Procrastination Method'. This involves letting it get so messed up it's unusable, then generating a bit of VAS, and popping out for a new vape! This only works as long as you always continue telling yourself you'll clean out the old one tomorrow! 😊...

Ok, Gandalf, stop that! You may think it's magic, but I have ta tell ya ..., look not into the vapour, for the vapour looks into you! 😉 I only picked up on that for the same reason. I'm pretty new to the game, and this puzzled me a bit, but on watching enough vids it seemed that most people...
