I'll go for either the yingming shower head or the sunshine honeycomb combination. Both look good imo. Also those 508phineas stems look awesome - do you know how much they go for? Maybe I'll have to try again some open airflow regular stem to see how those work compared to the nub.

I don't thing it works like that. The adapter is like a battery adapter being plugged into the socket. So if the mod will malfunction someday I think it doesn't mather whether it's being powered by batteries or the adapter. Just my guess. It looks like this + a cable from the box to the socket...
