I don’t own a PH TM, but I do have a PH Splinter Z and I’ve had no trouble or smell from it at all.

That’s misleading then, that photo in the email makes the puck look like it’s dark grey.

This. I know you have to bidness, but it is going to be really hard to improve on the ZX. It’s good to have a smaller vape that you can use for use cases other than getting completely fucked up. Though that is indeed possible with the ZX, it just isn’t its raison d’etre.
