Plug it in to charge for a minute. Then unplug it for a couple minutes. Then plug it back in and let it charge to full. That might reset it to normal. Glad you emailed Tafee...they'll take care of you.

@Vapefanatic the biggest difference is the bowl size. Desktops are different because they usually power massive bowls. The ones you mention have much bigger bowls than this. The Bowle extracts just as well, but with less. If you go through a 1/4 gram bowl in one sitting, expect to hit two bowls...

I recommend playing with it. I started tamping all my convection vapes since I got the Terp Torch stir tool. Mostly to keep the herb from the heater, but also to get rid of any air pockets in the load. Air pockets can cause uneven heating and tunneling.

Thanks! That's the way to do it. It does draw more power than the charger can replace, so it won't continue to build while you hit it. But if anyone has any power/charge concerns, make sure to use the supplied charger and cable first and see if that improves things.
