Think you will love it with the JoDa. Liked his work (especially the tight tolerance) so much that I got both a WPA and stem. For a more durable option, the tolerances on @Ed's TnT stem is also great. And Ed's wood always feels great to the touch IME.

I don't find myself pushing the limits with higher voltage and really dig Anvil and Lotus hits at 23v. Currently I think my favorite pairing is the Lotus.

Honestly it is such a different beast from a Dynavap IH that it isn't a fair comparison. Right down to different style of induction. So not just a beefed up more burly version of what the Wand and others do. It's freaking magically good.

Probably not, but I find flavor in any device falls off as temp increases. Just a fact of biophysics.

For both the Ed's and Joda, part of what you are paying for is the tighter tolerances, which help get stronger hits IME. But they are at the point of diminishing returns for many folks. Splurges for sure.
