Turns out it's UPS "brokerage fees". I'm furious right now. Update: You can avoid paying their ridiculous brokerage fees following these steps.

But it's a 29mm Female bowl, not 18mm. That's why I'm confused. The Male joint is 18mm. But it looks like a 14mm in the photo cause the bowl is so big.
