I really like how you can take this thing apart and reassemble it pretty easily. Except the heater... That looks a bit difficult. Don't think I'll be attempting that. I'll just leave it running hot and see what happens. No melt downs. It does warm my hands @Berzzerkker. Maybe I'll try...

So I finally finished cleaning my old TM that I got back from my bro. After everything was clean I took her for a rip. So gross. Gross taste and smell. It was like my taste buds got fried for a bit. Like when you eat a old pickle. I found it always smelled pretty bad. My wife would say it...

I'm sorry you had this frustrating experience @Misterhyde. One thing I find with TM is that if I draw too hard it's not as enjoyable as a constant light draw. If I'm trying to suck a golfball through a garden hose then the air doesn't heat soak the material as well. I'm sure this has been...

    Screen discoloration

Quick question, My TM was returned to me from my bro with the heater screen all gunked up. I soaked it for about 24h in iso then brushed it out. I decided to take a torch to it and in doing so the screen turned bluish/brown. Is it still safe to use? Thanks for the advice.

Originally I had posted there was no light leak on my new TM. I found there is indeed one. At first I thought maybe the wood had swollen or shrunk due to humidity but most likely my hand was covering it. It's not as noticeable as my 1st gen, but it's definitely there. The first gen heater...

What's the best portable for my specific needs? Mighty+, Bowle, TinyMight or??

I think you can't go wrong with the TB. I got it right when it was released and it's been working fine since. It's so smooth and tastes great. It's a great piece of tech. My brother used to use a TM, Extreme Q or joints as his dailies but the TB shelved everything for him. The mighty+ is...

I see the appeal of nice woods and metals, but I love the simplicity of the meterials used. No frills, just works beautifully. I like how the TM has become more refined since the first gen which was somewhat crude. It's like a nice tool. I think gold plating it would be like gold plating an...

Oooo I've been looking at those. Please let us know how you like it when you get a chance. I usually use the TM with the short glass stem. I love the form factor but not the fragility of glass. Wood stems seem great but how's the cleaning?

Thanks so much for all the info @Shit Snacks @Necroticism @Djsleepy. I'm still amazed how tough this little guy is. I've never dropped a vape before, let alone from 4 feet (Maybe I'm doing it wrong). I don't know think the others would do as well. Thank goodness there is that repair service...

First time posting after a long time of lurking. What a wealth of knowledge this community offers. Thanks so much! I received my second TM. What an great experience coming from the 1st gen. I the fit and finish is much improved. The aluminum looks brushed, the wood appears sanded and...
