Not a bad idea. It would introduce the ball vape market at large to try Zirc. Could easily imagine it being a gateway to getting a full Zirc head.

Don't need it for first use. Soak/rinse with hot water and dish detergent. Then leave stem to dry, before burning off the tip to dry.

50 seconds is a lot. I don't like having torches on for that long. Most of them are not designed for that. Have you tested it with a larger torch, like the ones people use for the Quartz cap vapes? I recall the og Anvil was not compatible with those larger torches.
