I am very interested in what @OF has to say about this as well...I just got my Solo and plan on using it mostly at home, so should I just plug it in while using if the option is available to me? Will that make my battery have a longer life?

thanks Simple Man. Light is still blinking....I'll wait for that to turn solid and give it at least 6 more hours. I guess I was just concerned that it started at 5 and got to 7 after about 15 min.

I just got my new Arizer Solo in the mail from Ebay...supposed to be brand new. I go to plug it in for the initial charge and it started at 5, after 15 min it is up to 7 and the green light is blinking....not really what i was expecting....I would like to get some suggestions as to what to do...
