Small update. Had a bunk crafty after about a month. S&B sent prepaid postage and had a new one back to me in about 4 days. Impeccable. The replacement was a full kit. Extra parts, yay!

warming it up a tad just cuts through the Sticky stuff faster. Is all. Small update on my inoperative Crafty. Got a call from S&B regarding the message i left yesterday. She was very friendly and they emailed me prepaid postage explaining that a tech would call or they would send me a new unit...

As a side note, microwaving a small dish full of rubbing alcohol for 25 seconds and soaking the plastic parts for 5 minutes works well when cleaning your Crafty.

I've had my crafty just over a month. Getting the red and yellow lights and it won't work. Called tech support. Their phone system is archaic. Nobody answered so I left a message. I'm assuming I'll have to send it in. Should have gotten the mighty.
