I have the short with mouthpiece and I don't see any downside, once you have it together and the mp secure you can just slide the fat plastic one over for water use and if not it just always has the mp and looks beautiful, it also spins and yes you can hold it in your mouth like a cigar ;)

It says toro man, it's fake.. Toro is a legit company that I am pretty sure made the original devastator for vapexhale which this is a copy of. The one from Steven has no label so it's not as much of a rip off..
