I received my tracking number on thurs. but it doesn't seem to have yet actually made it to the post office yet - when I try to track it -it says it is waiting
That one way to quiet the complaints. Let’s print all the labels now so people shut up thinking the vapes are here.

The lack of communication has killed any trust I have for the company.

Once again, I checked my email yesterday in the hopes of getting the golden message that yes, my vape had shipped - and once again, I felt the crush of disappointment when no such missive had arrived. So, I sent them an email asking when could I expect it since the delay is becoming arduous. Happily, Bernadette promptly replied this morning:

"Thank you for getting in touch, and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

While we initially aimed to begin shipping in late June to early July, unexpected production and logistics issues unfortunately caused further setbacks.

We began fulfilling April 15 orders three weeks ago, but due to the high volume of orders placed that day and delays in shipment arrivals, the process has taken longer than anticipated.

The good news is we’re expecting a fresh inventory shipment to arrive this week, which will allow us to resume fulfillment—and your order is expected to be included in that upcoming batch.

We truly appreciate your continued patience and understanding. If you have any other questions or need assistance in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out."

Hooray!! Finally. Back to joyful anticipation instead of crushing despair 😂

I ordered mine in the wee hours of 4/21. The order # is 208524**.
OMG. I got the same email. It was in a timely manner so I will give them that. However, I placed two separate orders. While the April one will ship soon?, my May order will probably come in, I can only assume, October. I haven't been ordering a lot from the States since they threatened to annex us, and the lack of communication hasn't left me with the best feeling. Hopefully it will get here soon.

Question for anyone whose order has shipped. When you go to the link in your order e-mail, does it show that it has shipped on the shopify order page? I'm wondering if it's worth paying attention to it.

Sorry to rain on ya'lls parade but I got a shipping notification and tracking number a week ago and it's still sitting in preshipment.

Tracking number =/= shipment or even your device onsite

It is what it is. Maybe they will go out tomorrow...

It will, but it's basically the same as just tracking the shipping through USPS. I've used shop for numerous things and it's always been useful for the auto updates vs having to refresh the USPS page every time you check

Order# 20851904 ordered April 15th. I sent them an email last Wednesday, received a shipment order the next day that its on the way. As of yesterday still waiting on pick up.
My hope is they're making shipping labels for the number of devices they received and are just stuffing boxes as fast as they can. Hopefully not just making shipping labels for every order and then sitting on it for the next boat.

Yeah, I’m 46xx and also nothing. But I guess they’re probably still waiting for the second shipment.
And then they will wait for third shipment. Don't get me wrong, I'm not mad they are short of the units, that can happen. It's the way how they are handling the whole situation. I'm not expecting precise time of delivery but don't tell me they don't know how many units is on the way and how many orders went already out.

I would be completely ok with "Hey dude, your order will be fulfilled once we receive second (third, fourth) shipment scheduled to arrive in the middle of August (September, October). Right know we are all in information limbo crossing our fingers. But we will live for sure, it's just a vape, not a cure for fatal illness.

Yeah I’ve ordered before several people here who have gotten a shipping notice and haven’t even gotten a shipping notice, hopefully once they get the latest in they will change

Don't you DARE dampen my hopes. lmao

At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if we sat on tracking numbers for another week or two...

Also, to whoever said it's just a vape not a cure...well, not exactly a cure, but it will help get our flavorful, sweet medicine in our lungs without over exertion of our said lungs.
I'm obviously excited to try out the innovation they worked into this version of the only vape I've been using these past years.

hmm...I'll be curious to see if the reason the orders are being sent out at a snail's pace is from manually/individually fixing the cork bubble-ups from the first batch... and then the rest are delayed in China as they fix them over there... one box at a time.

I think it's entirely possible that the first batch was a small "test-batch" and they went ahead and sent them to reviewers/influencers/the earliest pre-orders...
you got this, we had to call back a bunch to fix issues before it even hit the market. And the shipping just got f**d, tariffs, holding containers back, ports full and processing slow, you name it...

Hi Gary, hope things aren't too rough.

All this said, is there any update on time line for the batch that was supposed to be shipped this week? Are they being sent back for rework or have the issues been resolved in the production models?

It was addressed for the factory. They delayed a batch to fix it. We received it in the USA, checked it, and still found issues. So, we are fixing it and hoping it will be okay soon to deliver. Really just days tops, and sorry for the waiting again!

When are the ones showing in pre-shipment going to be shipped? Were those sent back or were they already fixed and ready to go?
